The project manager will be in charge of making sure projects are completed on time and to our clients' satisfaction.
What You'll DoParticipate in client meetings to understand a project's scope, goals, and deadlines
Create project timelines, track and monitor progress, and schedule meetings to manage and communicate updates between our team and to clients
Ensure that our team has all the necessary resources to start and complete projects while meeting deadlines and goals
Assign tasks and responsibilities to our internal team (designers, content strategists, copywriters)
Communicate project updates clearly with clients
Manage communication with and file delivery to vendors
Manage client expectations related to short- and long-term objectives, ensure high-quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
Maintain project management system with timelines and progress, adjusting timelines and assignments as necessary, and providing related reports to upper management
Ensure current resources are available and clearly organized on Dropbox
Project manage Humankind Studio projects, like marketing collateral and social media feeds, so that they are active and updated
4 to 6 years of project management experience in an agency setting or with an in-house creative team.
Problem solver: thrives working in a fast-paced setting with cross-functional teams on projects with unique or converging timelines
Creative background: Understands projects like brand development, CPG, retail, web, paid marketing, video and more
Meticulously organized: Deeply loves spreadsheets and project management systems/platforms to efficiently push work forward
Clear communicator: Professional and articulate approach with colleagues and clients alike and always follows up on loose ends
Collaborative: Willing to share past experiences where relevant to provide the best internal and client solutions
On time: Ability to hit deadlines and anticipate and exceed client expectations
Educated on trends: knows the latest trends, technologies, platforms, and best practices
Motivated: Sustained enthusiasm and commitment to help grow Humankind
