What you’ll be doing
- Managing client implementations from inception to completion alongside a technical consultant
- Creating and maintaining project documentation in adherence with the EDQ PM Framework, including project plans, timelines, deliverables and their owners, communication plans, project status and risks
- Forecasting and tracking project revenue based on project timelines
- Reporting project status and risks to key stakeholders
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class client experience and identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement to the business
What your background looks like
The ideal candidate will be intelligent, confident, organized, and accountable. They will be a self-starter and a creative problem solver with a positive outlook and a proven track record in a project-based environment.
- Minimum of two years of project management experience. Client-facing project experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Smartsheet is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office applications
