Position Summary: Plans and executes projects to deliver breakthrough business processes and technology solutions in alignment with corporate strategies. Encompasses all aspects of a project which may include defining the scope, developing/managing the project schedule, assigning, and working on tasks, risk mitigation, ensuring quality through testing criteria and accepting accountability for results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects including budget, timeline, risk management, deliverables, quality, and change control
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into documented, functional requirements
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholder, corporate enablers, and external partners to deliver business/technology solutions
  • Act as a consultant to influence strategies and long-term planning on a project-by-project basis
  • Manage indirect resources, both internal and external, to understand and evaluate functional requirements, review technology/application alternatives, and develop appropriate solutions and designs.
  • Effectively communicate to audiences at all levels and technical capabilities across the organization
  • Develop insight and recommendations that will deliver results to business partners
  • Provides RCI analyst support to a variety of cross-functional projects/processes
  • Participates in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization

Education Required and/or Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred

Experience Required and/or Preferred:

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing applied technology projects (including project plans, timelines and budgets), providing insights and recommendations, and on impacts business results.

Skills and Abilities Required and/or Preferred:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Ability to analyze complex business data to communicate complex technical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willing to take initiative and drive issues to resolution
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, to build strong teams and to interact with all organizational levels
  • Manage outsourced relationships
  • Ability to build relationships of trust, respect, and productive interactions
  • Ability to work independently and on a team within all levels of a matrix organization
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information
  • Work well in individual and group problem solving situations

Physical Effort and Working Conditions:

  • Primary working location will be in an office environment where low volume noise is on-going
  • Sitting/standing at workstation for up to the entire scheduled work day
  • Majority of office time spent on a computer system
  • No special safety equipment is needed
