Job Description

As a Project Manager II, you will manage NICAT audits nationally produced by AT&T. You will be responsible for audits across all contracts for both Site Acquisition and Construction including new site builds, modifications to existing facilities, CRAN, and any other applicable contract.

Project Manager II Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing AT&T NICAT Audits for all Turf markets
  • Complete initial review prior to sending to markets for any additional information required
  • Ensure audits are delivered back to AT&T with resolution in line with contractual obligations, less than 60 days
  • Work with Market Management and Finance to create credit memos when necessary
  • Participate on National calls with Internal NICAT team/lead
  • Reporting on projects in jeopardy of missing contractual timelines
  • Escalation of projects with no market resolution within expected timeline
  • Conduct audits of AT&T Turf projects internally for MasTec as a part of the Internal Audit Program to ensure compliance with drivers and requirements across multiple markets.
  • Rejected Approval Review, cleaning up pre CL100 Work Authorizations and requesting markets add 5W criteria as required by AT&T, and reviewed OOMs to ensure taxes and freight were not included and request removal of taxes and freight if necessary.
  • Pull Reports, review, and work with the markets on driver exceptions for pre and post CL100 projects
  • Coordination with National Contract and Program Compliance team on training opportunities gleaned from audit findings

Job Requirements
  • Extensive Turf experience, including proficiency with AT&T systems, processes, guidelines, and tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience preferably with 5 years of related telecommunications experience
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent data gathering and analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Wireless new site build and modifications deployment and implementation experience
  • Some real estate, site acquisition, and zoning experience, preferred
  • Design and construction experience, preferred
  • Some RF engineering experience, preferred
  • Equipment ordering and material management experience, preferred
