An industry leader in equipment lease and finance has an opening for the position of Project Manager.?
This position is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of company projects have been thoroughly evaluated and executed.?
A successful candidate will be positioned near one of our operating regional offices.
Main Duties:
Mentoring, coaching and supervising project staff.
Assisting in all aspects of project planning.
Performing estimate reviews when required.
Ensuring optimum utilization of labor, material and other resources across the project.
Reviewing project status reports and information on specific incidents with senior division managers.
Assisting in negotiation of claims/disputes with the client and subs/suppliers.
Overseeing project close-out.
Assisting in labor trade mark-ups.
