- Effectively manages all phases of project delivery including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing.
- Manages medium project portfolio. Project sizes are up to $5,000,000 in gross revenue with up to four service lines per project and up to five subcontractors or sub consultants managed per project
- Construction administration (on site) field observation of contractors activities in coordination with the local design team.
- 60% field / 40% office
- 7-8 years or related experience preferred
- 4-5 year project management experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required.
- 1-2 years supervisory / management experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management or related technical field required.
- Demonstrates skill in development of scope of work, project budgets, work breakdown structures, and schedules; quality management plans; developing project staffing plans that includes the right resources including quality assurance and peer review team members, client and stakeholders; risk analysis and mitigation; and procurement of sub consultants, subcontractors, and other direct project costs.
