POSITION SUMMARY
- As a Project Manager in Supply Chain Optimization Projects you play a crucial part in successful software implementations of our suite of Routing and Workforce optimization solutions.
- You manage software/ IT implementation projects in large organizations, sometimes multiple at the same time
- You have great interpersonal skills and can deal with people from end-user up to executive level and you are good in building long term professional relationships
- You like and are good at leading an organization through a change
- You are a great leader for your project team
- You monitor project progress and deliverables and lead (steerco and project) meetings.
- You are managing the financial performance of the project(s) you are responsible for and deliver high-quality forecasts for the coming period
- You create SOWs and CRs according to corporate standards and lead the process to get them approved
- You are responsible for the resource management on your projects and you make sure you have the right people with the right skillsets on your project(s)
- You can maintain a great connection with corporate structures such as product management, global support and software development.
- You are managing pro-actively, and escalate in time when needed
- You deliver projects within time, budget and with a happy customer.
Required Skills and Requirements:
- 4-10 years of experience
- The preferred educational background (Master or bachelor’s degree) is in a field related to Computer Science, Industrial engineering or Business/Management Information systems
- Certification such as PMP, ITIL, Scrum, Prince2
- Extensive experience with leading medium to large software implementation projects in Supply Chain
- Experience with JIRA is nice to have
- Professional and representative
- Positive and pro-active attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent general IT skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player and can work with people from different backgrounds i.e. country, culture, and education in an international environment
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
