UST HealthProof is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Project Manager with minimum 5 years in Project Management experience managing complex IT Projects. Candidate should have sound understanding of agile software development methodologies and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists and executives is key to be successful in this role.

As a Project Manager for UST HealthProof , this is your opportunity to:

• Deliver capabilities to provide a digital experience to Health plan by implementing CRM and portal solution

• Build and execute to a program management plan by having an understanding how different projects/platforms communicate and overlap

• Develop and implement strategy for the project execution, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan. This includes

o managing scope, changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

o Liaise between customer, Development Team and Product Owner to help resolve impediments

o Facilitating getting the work done and take things to closure by meeting Definition of Done

o Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

• First point of escalation for the implementation engagement

• Ensure on-time and successful delivery of the project without any production issues.

• Handle Risk Management, Issue management, change management, resource management as well as schedule management of the Project independently

• Reviewing the milestones and progress with all stakeholders and UST senior management on a periodic basis and ensuring the project execution and deliverables are as directed by the organizational and customer processes and are adhered by the project team.

• Prepare status report and update different stakeholders

• Manage and track work assigned to team members

• Work with Offshore Management team to ensure that UST PHC team delivers high quality deliverables

• Ensure relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld in addition to producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle

• Manage all vendors and their project managers/plan to an overall program management plan

• Manage budgets and reporting to internal and external stakeholders

• Meet with stakeholders, VP/CIO & Business stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services

• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security, quality and team member performance.

• Work with client to increase awareness of program for a successful rollout

• Conduct meetings to discuss project progress with teams and troubleshoot and resolve any issues/problems impeding smooth workflow or project deadlines

• Share status reports to senior management as well as customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and coordinate customer as well as internal status calls and scrum meetings

• Document and store all learnings and best practices for future use of the account and organization

• Ensure onsite-offshore team collaboration is effective

• Regularly meet with the client to understand their business demands ensure that the various client expectations are meet

• Communicate to client on resource changes (new member addition/releases) with enough lead time
  

You bring:

• Sound and prudent judgment based on a simple perception of the situation or facts

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience in different capacities

• 5+ years of hands-on IT Project Management
