• Maintain electronic and paper study files to ensure they are up to date, accurate and immediately
• available
• Upload meeting minutes to sharepoint
• Collate project tracking reports that may be required by the Project Manager
• Distribute and follow up Project Management related communications or materials to internal
• stakeholders or sponsors in a timely and professional manner
• Submit re-supply orders as needed
• Reply directly to any external or internal email communication pertaining to sample rec eipt, reporting
• delays, and kit orders
• Order initial Start Batches
• Submit outbound specimen shipping requests
• Send updates to Sample Management for any shipping updates
• Generate Management reports to monitor study
• Complete database cleaning form for database updates/corrections
• Update Center Overview document with study specific details, regions, couriers, and star t batches
• requested by the Project Manager
• Update the Study Contact Overview template with Sponsor specific details
• Participate in the internal and external kick-off meetings along with the Project Managers
• Participate in the regular study monitoring meetings
• Complete the Sample Destruction Form (SDF) and send it to Sample Management when requested by
• Sponsor to discard samples
• Add or remove test codes per PM and/or Sponsors request using the Result Cleaning Form (RCF)
• Manage kit supply and sample storage only studies
• Perform other duties assigned by Manager

• Associates or Bachelor degree in Healthcare / Life Sciences / Business or industry
  experience in Central Lab is also considered acceptable.
• Strong customer focus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good at establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships;
• Energetic and enthusiastic person with a flexible and dynamic work ethic;
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
