What You Will Be Doing:

  • Some assistance with developing project-related graphic displays and reports, as needed for preliminary and final deliverables.
  • Develops, coordinates and reviews final design and preparation of plans and specifications.
  • Assist with developing project write-ups for proposals and marketing purposes.
  • Coordinates with Senior Project Landscape Architect and Project Manager on staff workload and project assignments.
  • Task management of landscape architecture staff for small projects.
  • Establishes specialty area of expertise.
  • Provides project and client management duties for small projects, as assigned.
  • Occasional client marketing and business development responsibilities.
  • Assistance with public meeting and Open House facilitation.
  • Works independently with supervision.
  • Travels periodically to work sites and project-related locations.
  • Maintains confidentiality of company and client information.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum six (6) years professional experience related to land/site development.
  • Currently registered as Professional Landscape Architect.
  • Thorough knowledge and skills in CAD and Civil 3D.
  • Experience with Land F/X required.
  • Thorough knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and related software such as SketchUp.
  • Thorough knowledge in related software (i.e., MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Knowledge of Arc GIS preferred.
  • Strong hand graphic skills required.
  • Thorough knowledge of site-related design, codes, and construction practices in profession required.
  • Able to apply landscape architecture concepts to problem solving involving site design issues.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to make decisions with minimal direction.
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
