Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities.
  • Identify problems in operational processes quickly and with resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage assigned project tasks to ensure delivery within allotted timelines.
  • Collaborate in the evaluation of current operational performance and development of strategic plan improvements.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate Quality Management System (QMS) documents and procedures for reference purposes.
  • Assist with content development and delivery for training courses.
  • Engage as appropriate in project certification credentialing efforts.
  • Achieve all established quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of experience.
