Primary Purpose:Supervise personnel and related activities of the ChemCare Operations Team. This role requires flexibility, technical aptitude and strong project management skills to support Sales, Operations, Business Services, Project Specialists and the Customer. Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring projects, team goals and performances.

Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring projects, team goals and performances.
Key Deliverables:
- Weekly reporting that consists of analyzing the OOR, Billing Detail, AR Open Items, Invoices Paid and Project Team metrics. 20% of time spent.
- Daily communication with Project Team members on status of projects, OOR & AR Open items. 15% of time spent.
- Evaluating customer POs and invoices for accuracy and alignment. 15% of time spent.
- Creating, evaluating, and overseeing project trackers are updated accordingly. 15% of time spent.
- Consistently communicating with Univar AR and Customer AP on AR Open Items. 10% of time spent.
- Interface with Univar departments to assure activities are aligned. 5% of time spent.
- Continually reviewing OOR for accurate customer POs, status of vendor invoices and timing of customer invoice release. 5% of time spent.
- Monitoring standard processes are followed by team members. 5% of time spent.
- Training of various Univar team members. 5% of time spent.
- Project update calls with Sales, Field Services, Project Team, Billing and Management. 5% of time spent.

- Commercial group, ChemCare Field Services, Operations and EC Regulatory Support Group
- Carriers
- EHS Director and Staff
- TSDF (partners)
- Subcontractor
- Project Manager, Account Manager, Field Service Manager, Business Services Manager
Problem Solving & Decision-Making Authority:
- Assisting where necessary the development of solutions to daily customer service problems
- Solve customer service problems
- Expected to participate in hiring, promotion, and disciplinary/terminating of Project Team
Supervisory Responsibility:ChemCare Project Specialists
Education/Experience / Training:
- 4 years college with emphasis in business. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of ChemCare operations or Waste Industry experience preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales support, customer service or project support work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of governmental requirements related to the chemical industry, i.e. OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT, etc. or demonstrated ability to attain such knowledge
Specialized Knowledge / Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels of an organization and with people of various backgrounds, experience and education levels
- High level of decision-making ability, balancing customer needs and company objectives
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage a complex workload and projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving techniques and quantitative, analytical skills
- Demonstrated financial management knowledge related to Cost/Sell and Margins for all assigned accounts
- Pro-actively removes barriers preventing employees from succeeding
- Recognizes those who sacrifice for the good of the organization
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- High level of understanding of SAP & PC skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products with special emphasis in Excel
