Job Description

My client is an award winning mid sized Architectural firm with multiple offices in New Jersey. They are licensed to work in a variety of states across the country and they are looking to add a Project Architect to their team. This opportunity offers employees with a chance to work on different projects in

multiple states, continued education and management opportunities. They are looking to add someone to their team immediately.


Description:

  • Produce construction drawings using Revit for multi-family and commercial projects when needed (restaurants, banks, movie theaters, retail).
  • Develop projects and drawings independently
  • Coordinate with consultant engineers and clients
  • Be involved in all phased from schematic design through construction administration
  • NJ code research - must be familiar with NJ building codes
  • Draft, Design, Create full working drawing sets from start to finish for ground-up projects

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture strongly preferred
  • Registered Architect a plus but not required
  • 5+ years of architecture experience; Multi-Family experience required
  • AutoCad Architectural Desktop
  • REVIT/Sketchup
