You are:

A Forward thinking Contributor who is well organized that can evaluate, design and manage the implementation and launch of digital solutions across our operations in order to improve our quality of service.


You will:

  • Lease with stakeholders to capture the business process improvement requirements, and analyse the current process, the business needs and the business benefits.
  • Consult with Product and Engineering to design a solution that provides the optimum ROI
  • Analyse request solution and recommend ways to improve productivity, service, cost performance and waste reduction for the requirement.
  • Establish process governance metrics/KPIs that align with overall business strategy, drive standardization and automation
  • Oversee the Backlog and prioritization of development work with Product and Development Teams in order to ensure the teams are working on initiatives that will provide the best ROI.
  • Work with Business Intelligence Team, Engineering and Product throughout the development lifecycle and represent the voice of the stakeholders.
  • Support with the onboarding or training with new business process implementation initiatives and Analysis results.

Qualifications

As a Business Process Analyst, you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with Project Management (Agile, Scrum)
  • 2 year experience with Business Process Improvement
  • Workflow and Process Diagrams
  • Business and System Analysis
  • Requirements definition and management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Problem Solving
  • Analytical Skills (Statistical Analysis)
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
