SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The project administrator knows how to effectively strategize a plan and, monitor projects. The Project Administrator will ensure adherence to set timelines and budgets and frequently report on progress. Project Administrators are organized, experienced candidates with strong interpersonal skills. They provide administrative support to project management, project executives and the overall operations team. Project administrators are expected to maintain neat, orderly, complete legal documents and project files. They are expected to be flexible in assisting other team members as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials
Generate, process, administer, log and/or track Purchase Orders.
Submit Request for Information (RFI), and Sample Submittals.
Attend all project meetings and take meeting minutes (JIP Meetings, Kickoff Meetings).
Collaborate on project presentations
Analyze project data and produce progress reports (JIP Meetings)
Foster positive and productive client relationships
Manage Close Out Documents.
Procore certification
Project Administrator must work a minimum of 12 consecutive months in this roll prior to advancing to the Assistant Project Manager Level - 1 Status.
Will report to work in what is considered proper jobsite attire and represent Christopher Glass & Aluminum in a professional appearance and manner.
Will enforce the Christopher Glass & Aluminum’s mission statement.
Will review and abide by Christopher Glass & Aluminum, Inc. employee handbook.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5 p.m. This position occasionally requires hours outside of normal business hours as well as weekend work.
TRAVEL
No overnight travel is expected for this position. There may be occasional local day travel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
3-year experience in an office and/or administration role within construction industry
