Hourly: From $26.00 - $32.00 per hour ($54,080 - $66,560)

Required Qualifications:
- Three years minimum related experience
- Basic understanding of construction project accounting and construction contract terms
- Self-starter with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced industry
- Able to work in the US now and in the future WITHOUT sponsorship
General Duties:
- Support construction managers by tracking project information, oversees accounting activities at the project-level, such as document management and compliance, billing, accounts receivable, change order tracking, retainage tracking and collection and project administrative closeout
- Prepare and remit project pay applications and supporting documentation on various payment management platforms
- Assists project manager with financial project plan and contract management tasks
- Enters vendor/subcontractor information into accounting software system; verifies that invoice information is entered correctly
- Cultivates relationships with accounting equivalents in client and subcontractor offices
- Prepares and remits monthly sales/use tax returns and performs research regarding tax rates for project locations
- Prepares and maintains applications for project specific insurance and bonding requirements
- Assists safety coordinator with scheduling and tracking safety training along with maintaining OSHA required filings
Bonus Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision experience
