Programs - Project Support Specialist
Summary
The Project Support Specialist is an amazing opportunity to contribute as a resource or subject matter expert to cross-functional projects. This position is primarily responsible for quickly assuming an active role on projects assigned on an as-needed basis to various departments throughout the agency. Projects may include assisting in the collection and analysis of data, writing, editing and reporting results. In collaboration with the QA Analyst, Project Support Specialist shall conduct monthly quality assurance reviews of client records to ensure compliance of regulatory and auditing requirements.
The right candidate must have a strong background in determining program eligibility and processing application for services adhering to policy and procedures. Must have working knowledge in County and State contract requirements and payment rules preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years minimum experience with case management
- Working knowledge of Stage 1 and CDE contract and payment rules
- Preferred strong EXCEL skills
