POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for on-site administrative supervision of WMMHC’s school-based programs. The individual will conduct intra-program meetings, and participate in staffing and management meetings. This position is responsible for compliance with licensing standards and WMMHC Policies and Procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of program in accordance with best practice models
- Responsible for the recruitment, hiring and training of program personnel
- Provide supervision and guidance on administrative procedures to staff and interns
- Management of personnel including approval of time sheets, leave requests, conference requests, approval of mileage, oversight of schedules and any changes, review and provision of feedback related to productivity and no show/cancellations, and facilitation of meetings
- Complete performance evaluations and personnel actions consistent with WMMHC’s policies and procedures
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of documentation for therapists. Include monthly review of notes with follow up and recommendation to treatment team. Includes signing notes, assessments, and treatment plans as applicable.
- Treat coworkers, clients and community contacts with respect and professionalism
- Monitor and manage program expenses and revenues
- Assure program compliance with applicable state and federal laws, rules and agency standards
- Participate in policy and procedure development as requested
- Provide staff coverage and services as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in an accredited institution in psychology, clinical social work, professional counseling, or other clinical behavioral science
- Licensed in the state of Montana LCSW or LCPC
- Three years of extensive training and/or experience in behavioral health preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in an accredited institution in psychology, clinical social work, professional counseling, or other clinical behavioral science
- Licensed in the state of Montana LCSW or LCPC
- Completion of CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), First Aid, and CPR training
- Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
- Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western’s policies.
- Current & valid driver’s license with good driving record if required to transport clients while on work duty
