HALO seeks an Program Manager to join our high-growth company. In the last few years, we have grown exponentially to $765M. The Program Manager develops and maintains the full lifecycle of ecommerce programs. They coordinate the execution and maintenance of all aspects of program-related projects. This position incorporates both sales and project management by being accountable for effectively generating and managing a minimum of $2 million in annual ecommerce program sales revenue. Projects include websites, traveling stores, on-site stores, etc. The Program Manager will be responsible for utilizing internal and external resources to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and financial success of each program and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the client liaison for all assigned ecommerce program business
- Execute long-range sales, marketing and growth plans for ecommerce accounts
- Manage client expectations and communicate project processes, approvals and timelines
- Work with clients and internal resources to create annual marketing plans
- Own all client-related calendars including marketing, merchandising, product load/refresh; serve as the point of contact for the client and internal resources to coordinate and drive the execution of tasks
- Collaborate with clients to identify and create accurate metrics to measure sales and revenue successes
- Coordinate with key internal resources to ensure predefined launch dates for merchandise, program refreshes, and inventory reorder points are met
- Provide client sales reporting, revenue spend reporting and quarterly business reviews
- Identify new sales opportunities and assist in coordinating the introduction of appropriate sales personnel
- Collect, analyze and communicate all pertinent, project details, deliverables, and changes to the client and internal stakeholders in a concise and timely manner
- Responsible for working within program expense budgets, including sample and marketing spend.
- Responsible for generating increased overall revenue growth of assigned programs year over year

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Two – five years’ experience with program or project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong business math skills
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Strong work ethic that supports working independently, under minimal supervision as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and well-reasoned judgment
- Proven ability to provide outstanding client service
- Curious, flexible and good humored with a positive “can do” attitude
- Ability to effectively provide, receive and respond positively to constructive feedback
