Program Manager - IT Services Management (Secret Clearance)

ECS is seeking a Program Manager - IT Services Management to work in our Scott AFB, Illinois office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:
ECS is seeking a qualified Program Manager with extensive experience supporting IT Managed Services programs for USTRANSCOM (Scott AFB, IL.) This includes management of a 100+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations. The Program Manager acts as the primary and accountable point of contact for the customer. The PM will be responsible for overall performance including account-management disciplines, business-management processes, and associated reporting.

Required Skills:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, business administration, information technology, or related field
• Active SECRET clearance and the ability to maintain clearance throughout the life of the contract.
• Experience leading and managing very large teams of 100 or more personnel. Enterprise IT leadership is preferred.
• Experience leading multi-functional/multi-disciplined teams.
• At a minimum possess applicable intermediate ITIL certification (e.g., Service Operations, Service Transition, Service Agreement and Offering (SOA))
• Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, network, and communications subsystems
• Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations
• Experience in the management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts

Desired Skills:

• 15+ years of experience and a minimum of 10 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government customers is preferred.
• Currently possess and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience providing technical innovations for a large-scale organization, such the military or other large Government organization
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials
• C4 experience in a military headquarters or command center environment
