What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Program Manager-HR Compliance. The Employee Partnerships team is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional Program Manager whose primary responsibilities will be to monitor, review, and analyze compliance with US employment laws and regulations. This position will use data to develop, implement, administer, and certify regulatory compliance policies, procedures, and practices as well as ensure the alignment with legal and ethical standards of the organization. This position will also provide back up support to our Third-Party management program.
You will:

HR Compliance:
  • Serves as point of contact for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action program plans (AAP).
  • Prepares, evaluates, and maintains data and documentation for state and government filings, including AAP, EEO-1 and Vets-4212 reporting, audit requests, goal setting, outreach efforts, and other related compliance requirements.
  • Reviews the results of AAP analysis with HR Leadership and Legal to identify problem areas and determine next steps for compliance and best practices.
  • Creates visually impactful presentations, with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, to illustrate the results of statistical analysis.
  • Provides support through audits received from the Office of Federal Contractors Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
  • Serves as the point of contact for Legal Department for compliance data needed to respond to customer requests.
  • Partners with Diversity and Inclusion team and Talent Acquisition on outreach efforts.
  • Identifies trends in talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, retention, employee demographics, and other key human capital metrics (ex: exit data, OTR data, promotions, mobility, employee engagement, etc.) and uses that to educated the HR teams on how to improve the fairness and equality in our hiring employment practices.
  • Provides timely response for all Unemployment Claims.
  • Collaborates with other members of the team to complete work and projects.
Back up Support to Third Party Management and Employee Relations:
  • Supports HR’s third-party staffing program overall and specifically by assisting with and processing requests for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assists with reviews of third-party data and follows up with global HR teams as needed for compliance purposes.
  • Serves as alternate point of contact for background check procedures globally.
  • Assist with development and review of company-wide, global policies
  • Provide general ad-hoc reporting support for HR Leadership Team

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in human resources role. Preference given to those with previous HR compliance experience.
  • Strong analytical skills including researching, analyzing and/or reporting information.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle PeopleSoft, etc.). Experience with WorkDay and iCIMS a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
