Job Title: Program Manager Assistant
Education requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Work Experience Equivalent will be accepted
Experience: Program Management Assistant in the electronics manufacturing industry or other manufacturing industries. Strong Administrative Assistant skills. Problem solving. Knowledge of Defense/Military and Aerospace Industry or bare boards preferred. Program Manager Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience in a fast paced medical manufacturing or other ultra high reliability environment will also be considered. Scheduling or planning projects and/or programs. Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in assisting a program manager or other mid to high level managers.
Main Function: Provide Program managers support wherever needed. Will be a central point of contact for program managers and the manufacturing team. Assist as a liaison between program managers and external/internal clients. Will review purchase orders for accuracy, will assemble quotes, and will release orders to the floor when all data has been validated. Will provide Program Managers with a wide variety of administrative support, including expediting orders, updating order status, and reporting any issues with an order.

Responsibilities
- Assist Program Managers with a wide variety of administrative support.
- Ensure all departments have the correct and necessary data & documents.
- Main point of contact for Customer, Sales, and Manufacturing Staff
- Understanding of Circuit Board Assembly (Willingness to take internal crash course if the current experience is not if this field.)
- Verify accuracy of sales orders using supplied drawings, quality notes, bill of materials, and quote / pricing information
- Assist Program Manager with generating change orders and update schedules as necessary
- Schedule orders to meet customer deadlines and ensure customers will get their orders on time
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Work with the stock room to ensure parts were received and kits were released to the manufacturing floor timely.
- Work with purchasing to clarify or correct any part(s) discrepancies.
Salary: Commensurate of experience & education
