Job Description
LinQuest is in search of a Program Support Specialist with a background in the Space Industry. As a Program Support Specialist with LinQuest, you would be responsible for assisting in the oversight and management of space systems, science & technology programs, provide program analysis, acquisition analysis, technical assessments and recommendations. You will need an active TS-SCI clearance to be considered for this opportunity. This position will be located on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington, DC.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide acquisition expertise in support of developmental program execution and oversight of existing space systems experimentation and demonstration.
- Includes staffing coordination of key experiments across OSD, DAF and USSF staff .
- Provide expertise in the operations and sustainment of existing space systems programs, with particular attention to interdependencies, command and control, and on-orbit operations considerations.
- Provide support to various program actions and activities such as milestone planning, risk analysis, and decision document preparation.
- Provide support for annual planning, programming, and budgeting requirements to include Congressional reporting and briefing
- Support development of new security frameworks and documentation for special programs
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant DoD work experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Active TS-SCI required
- Experience in one or more of the following Skill Sets; Program Support, Systems Engineering, Acquisition or Architecture
on ACAT I or II acquisition programs, or equivalent programs in the Intelligence Community. - Demonstrated experience in executing DoD Planning, Programming, and Budgeting
- Experience in either Ground-Space or Space-Space architectures, and their integration with other domains, to include understanding of mission user needs and operational environments.
