Job Description
We are seeking a Program Financial Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
As a Program Financial Analyst within the Program Finance organization, you will support a set of program stakeholders by utilizing SNC’s integrated program and financial management tools. The Program Financial Analyst partners with cross functional and external organizations to review, monitor, and control program data in support of monthly program reporting and compliance. The Program Financial Analyst is responsible for providing support that is compliant with SNC’s Corporate Planning and Performance Measurement procedures and ultimately fulfills a key checks and balances role within the organization.
You will also support the Program Finance leaders in fulfilling their responsibilities to ongoing cross department continuous improvement, problem solving, project implementation, training and governance efforts.

Must-haves:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Business or related degree. Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree
Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
Support the development and delivery of key employee training to include new employee onboarding, continuous education curriculum, and certification testingTools (Deltek Cobra), and self-service analytics (PowerBI) Experience
Expert in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal & presentation
Experience in facilitation of resource leveling; validation of remaining work; identification and resolution of critical path conflicts; analysis of impacts to schedule of any proposed changes
Experience in the development and maintenance of resource loaded integrated master schedules to include detailed schedule analysis, health assessments, schedule risk assessments, and critical/driving path analysis
Ability to develop and recommend schedule management solutions
Preferred:
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks leading to on time delivery while meeting quality expectations
Ability to support tool evaluations, process integrations, and testing of system changes
Ability to develop and recommend cost and schedule management solutions
Ability to work across multiple software systems and comprehend system relationships
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Familiarity with Program Controls fundamentals inclusive of program risk management
Foundational understanding of Earned Value Management and Program Management
The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances
