The community you’ll be caring for:
- The Maitland Office Plaza houses our highly skilled teams that support our hospital system including Marketing, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Management, the Credit Union and Human Resources.

The role you’ll contribute:
The Program Director of Revenue Cycle Integration partners with facility CFOs and VP of Revenue Cycle in ensuring close linkages between Revenue Cycle and local hospital campuses initiatives that are aligned to growth strategies. Responsible for the proactive oversight of the hospital campus relationship with the Revenue Cycle, driving results in support of Revenue Cycle strategic goals and initiatives. Develops a deep understanding of the revenue cycle, which includes a thorough understanding of all revenue cycle functional areas and applicable systems and tools. Proactively identifies opportunities for revenue cycle improvement and partners with hospital campuses and Revenue Cycle leadership to develop and execute these plans and manage resolution of issues that impact both hospital campus and revenue cycle operations.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Cycle functions and hospital campus operations to ensure smooth operations are accomplished.
- Manages timely communication with senior executives to set the standards for the interaction between local hospital campuses and the FH Shared Services Revenue Cycle Team
- Responsible for building strong relationships and facilitate effective communication between hospital and Revenue Cycle operations (Pre-Access, Patient Access, Middle Revenue Cycle Operations, PFS, Customer Service), and Revenue Cycle support departments
- Establishes and manages effective, consistent communication, identifies and addresses business needs; conducts regular meetings with CFO, VP of Revenue Cycle, Finance Directors and senior leadership. Provides analysis and context for monthly performance data. Document, escalate, and manage the resolution of issues that arise and impact both local hospital campus and Revenue Cycle operations.
- Using data and reports, performs root cause analyses to identify areas where the process may not be working effectively or efficiently. Working with the local hospital campuses, lead process improvement efforts onsite or in Revenue Cycle Operations to drive improvement in the overall revenue cycle process.
- Proactively identifies sources of issues and communicates these to the appropriate parties. In conjunction with the hospital campus and Revenue Cycle leadership teams, maintains ongoing issues and priority list. Completes analysis of issues for action, presents this information and assists with implementing action plans.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: EDUCATION REQUIRED :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Health Services Administration, Communication or a related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Health Services Administration, Communication or related field
- Five years of progressive Revenue Cycle or related operations
- Three years of experience in a leadership (progressive role) capacity.
- Consulting or project management experience
- Lean/Six Sigma training
- Prosci Certified Change Management practitioner
- Lean/Six Sigma Greenbelt certification
