CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a Profiling Operator. These associates provide technical expertise to profile the boards into appropriate sized planks using high automated equipment in our new manufacturing facility located in Adairsville, Georgia. Duties/Responsibilities:- Perform position duties in the safest, most efficient manner
- Work closely with scheduling team to ensure materials align with schedule
- Confirm whether equipment is working properly prior to operation
- Troubleshoot equipment failures within scope of job duties.
- Ensure product compliance to company standards and specifications
- Maintain calibration of equipment within scope of position
- Perform inspections during production
- Document data into ERP system per SOP requirements
- Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
- Must have ability to work in metric units of measure.
- Must be able to demonstrate basic math skills
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to demonstrate.
- Must be able to clearly communicate in verbal and written communication with teammates and supervision.
- Prefer at least 2 years of experience in an LVT manufacturing role. Prefer previous work with highly automated equipment on a continuous line such as profiling/finishing in luxury vinyl flooring.
- Must have at least a GED or high school diploma.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Must be willing and able to work in an LVT manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work 12 hour, rotating shifts
- Must be able to navigate the manufacturing environment within the Profiling department (automated, continuous line)
