International Paper, the nation’s premier producer of corrugated containers is currently accepting applications for hourly production positions at its Auburn, Maine plant located at 175 Allied Road.
We are currently seeking skilled machine operators with industrial manufacturing experience. New hires will start at $19.50/hr during the probationary period then increase based on the position assigned. Successful operators’ compensation will increase with our top machine operators earning $25+/hr.

Position requirements include:
- High school diploma or state registered GED preferred
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not necessary
- Stable work history
- Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays when scheduled
- Fundamental computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts
