Job Purpose:

Responsible for direct labor task directly related to the manufacturing process. Ensures quality product is produced and shipped to the customer.

Responsibilities:

· Mix Cement, sand and other construction material

· Carry Material from mixing area to work area

· Press cement/sand mixture into molds

· Pull out completed material from mold

· Finish edges, clean up finished product

· Move product into Kilns if necessary

· Clean up and repair molds

· Perform 5s clean up process in various areas

· Clean work area and tools before and after work

Qualifications:

MUST PASS DRUG TEST!

Education

High School/GED preferred, not required

Experience

No Experience necessary, previous manufacturing a plus

Language

Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English or Spanish language.

Technology

Knowledge of how to use tools such as hammer, screw driver, nail gun etc.

Physical Demands

The employee is to regularly Stand; Walk; Climb or balance; Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk or hear

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis (physically demanding position)
