Production Technician

We are currently seeking a production technician in Schaumburg with great benefits once hired on!

Responsibilities of a production technician:

• Fabricating metal components through set up operations of cutting, milling machines, and drill presses.
• Pulled check material for cuts
• Set up and operate cut off saw
• Set up and operate milling machine
• Supports assembly technician as need
• Perform mechanical and electrical inspection and test such as dimensional, connector/cable retention, torque, etc.

Requirements of a production technician:

• Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings
• Ability to operate and machineries (cutting, milling, hand grinder, band saw)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of manufacturing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
• CNC milling machine: 1 year (Preferred)

Typical start time:

• 8AM

Typical end time:

• 5AM
