As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing facility and machines are in safe efficient working order through the supervision and motivation of your team. This will include coordinating work and training, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of production molding machine employees. You will develop Team Leads to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned employees. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, as well as utilizing and incorporating the use of 6S and 5Why Strategies into the plant.
Qualifications:

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2 years’ leadership experience required
• 5+ years’ experience and skill in the maintenance field, primarily in plastics molding preferred
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
