• 
  Supervise personnel and administer company policy in a manner consistent with Bosch Rexroth’s standards
• Consistently monitor and appraise employees' performance to expected levels and to praise excellent performance
• Counsel, develop and train employees to achieve both company goals and individual career goals
• Manage key metrics (Safety, Quality, Productivity, 5S, value stream delivery performance and others) utilizing CIP, BPS and other tools to improve Safety, Cost, Quality and Delivery
• Support creation, implementation and Maintenance of Standardized Work instructions as required
• Proactive in learning and applying new/progressive methods
• Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned
• Other special assignments as determined by VS Group Leader.

• 
  Minimum Associate Degree in Engineering/Machining or equivalent experience; 4 plus years in a manufacturing environment a must
• Basic knowledge of fluid power and hydraulics and Lean Manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to team leaders on technical issues and perform daily meetings
• Ability to consistently apply established standards, policies and procedures in meeting business objectives
• Goal oriented self-starter, not afraid to make independent decisions based on an operational assessment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• PC experience with a good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints and hydraulic schematics
• Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers and business colleagues

Supervise hourly associates to ensure safe production of quality product on assigned shift. Prioritize and supervise all activity to ensure customer satisfaction.
