We engineer the air-moving system, including the blower wheel and housing or the fan blade and venturi, along with the motor specifications to offer the best-cost solutions for our customer’s airflow-dependent systems.

Summary:

The Production Scheduling Manager, reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, will manage and oversee the Revcor production schedules, to ensure metric-based, high performance, customer-focused results. The role will lead the planning of demand, capacity, inventory, and other production drivers, and develop strategies to optimize the use of resources at multiple sites, along with shop order and customer order execution. The Production Scheduling Manager will coordinate communication and data flow between manufacturing, scheduling, procurement, and sales, ensuring material and production schedule plans are properly aligned with desired business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and release executable production schedules
  • Work with manufacturing to create finite capacity production schedules
  • Review and update part planning parameters to ensure customer on-time deliveries while optimizing inventory turn performance. Play a leadership role for the phase-in and phase-out of finished goods and components. Identify and take action on inventory obsolescence and inventory control.
  • Provide reporting that aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Manage a staff of two on-site product-focused production schedulers.
  • Lead multi-site planning processes, including dotted line oversight of off-site scheduling resources
  • Coordination of Sales & Operations Planning function (S&OP) across the organization
  • Manage customer forecasts

Leadership:

  • Mentor planners and schedulers on forecasting, inventory planning and scheduling techniques
  • Lead by example, with strong listening and communication skillsets
  • Expand and exploit the use of our ERP system, continuously improving our planning and order execution processes
  • Manage the S&OP process across a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Mid-tier ERP system experience in a manufacturing environment required IFS preferred
  • CPIM or CSCP APICS certification preferred

Experience:

  • Seven or more years of supply chain experience
  • Five or more years of working with an ERP system, creating MRP/MPS production schedules
  • Experience preparing production schedules in a fast-paced, short lead-time manufacturing environment
  • Management experience preferred
  • Expert–level skills with MS Office, emphasis on excel and word
  • Experience managing a diverse group of customers and suppliers in a manufacturing environment, S&OP experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
