WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Independently managing and providing project management leadership for programs and projects across the Marketing department
  • Working closely with the creative and content teams to manage new and existing asset production projects
  • Serving as department expert on current project management tool, lead implementation of new tool, and assisting team members with troubleshooting issues
  • Developing and leading project management software training sessions during employee on-boarding and throughout the year
  • Producing reports demonstrating production volume, velocity, and performance
  • Leading activities to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Educating stakeholders on creative production process
  • Managing tasks and designates responsibilities for global and virtual teams of project contributors
  • Effectively managing work with vendor partners as appropriate
  • Communicating directly with team leaders and requestors throughout the company
  • Maintaining and implementing project management software updates and serving as company expert for that system


YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a project management role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up/high-growth environment where every individual makes a difference
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to successfully multi-task and manage several initiatives at one time
  • Energetic team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment where many people contribute to the overall success of projects
  • Established track record of consistent delivery and meeting or exceeding marketing deadlines
  • Results-oriented, with solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Wrike or Airtable (Airtable preferred) and other project management software
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Flexible and proactive in working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
