Production Manager

This position is responsible for the execution of daily tasks leading to and during live & virtual events. This position will work closely with the sales, event design team, customers and creative to manage all event deliverables. The Production Manager is also responsible to lead a team of vendors, 1099 operators and/or act as event stage manager for live events. Building event plans, timelines, and resources for customers and team members are the sole responsibility of the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum of planning and managing live & virtual event productions

• Strong knowledge of virtual events applications and tools

• Knowledge and proficiency with Web Conferencing Services such as Zoom, BlueJeans, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, GoToMeetings, Vimeo, etc.)

• Must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint

• Comfortable working on both Mac & PC

• Strong audiovisual knowledge, video switching, recording, etc.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and applications on your computer
