Job Description

A local manufacturer of premium vinyl window and door products suited to a wide range of applications and projects is looking to hire an individual who is interested in a Production Line Worker/Janitor position. 50% of the time you would be performing janitorial duties such as:

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Sanitizing of areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs as needed.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.

The other 50% of the time you would be doing the following:

Assembling vinyl windows which will include cutting the vinyl, welding the frames, cleaning the frames with hand tools, assembling the various parts and making window screens.

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 + years of age, no minimum education requirement
• No experience needed, training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and retain information
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read a tape measure, use level and/or learn to use small hand tools
• Safely, preform all duties in a safe manner and alert to any unsafe working conditions

Total Hours Per Week

• 40+ hours per week; with possibility of overtime.

Working Hours Per Week

• 10 Hours — 4 days/week. Shifts are generally from Monday – Thursday or Tuesday –Friday.
• Shift is from 6 a.m. until 2:20 p.m.

Hourly Wage

• $12.00/hr with 2 incentive programs pay available after 90 days if eligible.
1st. Incentive pay is based on your own efforts, being at your job, clocking in on time, wearing safety equipment, not talking on cell phone, etc.
2nd. Incentive is based on all production people meeting production goals.
