Automann services its distributors out of (4) US Distribution centers; Monroe Township NJ (HQ), New Lennox IL, Arlington TX, and Ontario CA, and (2) distribution centers in Canada: Brampton ON and Edmonton AB.

Summary

Seeking a product content expert with strong leadership qualities that is passionate about driving industry best practices. The Product Information Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Automann’s strategy to provide the heavy-duty industry with leading product and application information to drive growth.

This individual will be responsible for working with suppliers, customers and Automann team members to provide catalog data, rich media, and expertise to best support the sale and differentiation of Automann’s Product.

The Product Information Manager must possess a unique blend of relationship development, digital content and data architecture skills, and strategic thinking to both articulate a vision and drive that vision into an executable plan.

Responsibilities Include

· Work collaboratively with internal partners in Marketing, Sales, and Category Management to develop and execute a customer content strategy.

· Manage the Account Management and Master Data Office teams who focus on the accuracy and completeness of content as well as delivery of that content across both internal and external channels.

· Partner to build productive relationships with senior customer content leads to drive continuous improvement on ordering systems and continued growth in the eCommerce channel.

· Maintain the integrity of Automann’s industry leading catalog through active data management and utilization/development of systems and processes.

· Partner with leaders across the lines of business to ensure the Product Content team is a consistent thought partner in servicing the various product data needs within the organization.

· Engage with Industry groups and partners to help build, shape and evolve information exchange in the automotive aftermarket.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

· Demonstrated experience in working directly with customers and leading projects cross-functionally

· Strong attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to help their team drive process

· Track record of thinking strategically and aligning execution to top level strategy

· Strong working knowledge of customer/aftermarket data standards

· Experience with in the eCommerce channel

· Commitment to driving continuous improvement of processes as a core focus, collaborating with both internal and external partners

· Familiarity with automotive aftermarket data standards and technical skills (e.g. ability to query data using SQL) would be considered a significant asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
