Production Coordinator

This position has critical areas of responsibility for supporting daily label manufacturing operations in Bellwood, Illinois. These critical areas include but are not limited to open order reports understanding, organization of appropriate paperwork, electronic records, and coordination of new products through the Client Care team.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Identify specific Custom and Stock open order items through reports and communicate deficiencies to Management
• Creation of BOM’s, Routings, and Standard Costing into an ERP system
• Filing and archiving of completed Work Orders from the Operations Team
• Act as a liaison between Client Care and Pre-Press for new Product Record details
• Closing and costing of Work Order records from Operations
• Performs other department duties assigned by Management

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
