We are looking for a Production Associate to work in our Manufacturing Department. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and works closely with all members of the team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and accurately follow written work instructions, drawings, and bill of materials
• Label products
• Package and ship through various carriers
• Responsible for keeping production area clean
• Receive raw materials from vendors
• Stock and stage raw materials for production
• Inspect and verify finished goods prior to packaging
• Solder low voltage LED product

Qualifications:

• 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Very high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a seated or standing position for extended periods, demonstrate proficiency using a computer and an aptitude in learning new software
• Follow strict quality standards
