Job Description

Lightwell Co. is searching for a strong, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team full-time as a Production Assistant.

POSITION: FULL-TIME 9am - 5pm with an hour lunch

START DATE: ASAP

HOURLY WAGE: $13.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operating filling machines and scales for products
  • Hand pouring hand wash and room spray
  • Pre-preparing packaging when necessary
  • Loading wax melters with up to 50 lbs of wax daily
  • Wicking jars in preparation for pouring process
  • Keeping stock organized and easily accessible for our shipping crew
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for 7-8 hours a day
  • Keeping work areas clean and clear of trash

Experience in food preparation, service industry, or other manual labor positions is ideal.
