Primary Responsibilities:

Weekend Warrior Batchmaker Bldg. Products (Fri., Sat., Sun., Mon. 6am - 4:30pm)


Understand and know how to operate cowl machines, air mixers, scales, chain host, air pumps etc. in the department. Must understand how to put together, mix batches and get approved in a reasonable amount of time. Must have a good knowledge of raw material, and intermediates furthermore understand how they affect a batch when added. Provide a quality product for customers. Must comply with all safety, environmental and work rules.
Additional responsibilities includes:
  • Must blend batch to designated formula
  • Make adds as requested by QC or Technical Lab
  • Order raw materials and intermediates as required
  • Learn how to fill-off batches and fill batches if required.
  • Record all adjustments made to batches
  • Upon completion of batch make sure work area is cleaned up.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be able to read and follow, weight fractions of ounces, and measure accurately by gallons, pints and ounces.
  • High School education or GED
  • Must be able to work without constant supervision.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Understand and Adherence to OSHA & EPA Regulations
  • Must have good knowledge of raw material used and know how to correctly handle material.
  • Must have good attendance record and performed at an acceptable level on previous job
