Superior Plastic Products, a manufacturer of vinyl fencing, railing, and specialty products, is looking for skilled AND entry-level Production Associates to join our Manufacturing teams. We have multiple openings based on your skill level in machine operation, powder coating, small parts bagging, etc. On-the-job training is provided for entry-level candidates and career changers. Our Ideal Production Associates:

• Positive: Brings a positive can-do attitude with a desire to learn
• Active: This is a job for someone who likes to be on the move - walking, standing, lifting 50+lbs, operating equipment, and making things
• Mechanical: Learn to operate equipment and take care of basic routine maintenance tasks. Must be able to do basic math and read a tape measurer. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable: Willing to work a consistent third shift schedule that may include some overtime during the busy months.
• Curious: Desire to be part of a team with a Lean Manufacturing mindset that has us continuously asking, "How can we do this just a little bit better?" You won't hear us say, "Well, this is how we've always done it."
• Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do great work. Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with teammates.
