Production Assistant

We actively seeking an experienced digital print operator/ Screen Printer who has the necessary skills and experience to jump right into the production workflow without supervision. Various Merchandise needs to be made.

Compensation: Pay based on experience and will be discussed at an interview (depending on experience and job history) Please include your payment history with your application and the make/models of printers, UV printers, Lasers, and software you have experience with (if any).

Must have reliable transportation and a steady work history. employment type: full-time or Part-time. We are looking for a print operator that can multitask. Experience desired in DTG printing, Heat Press, vinyl printers, Vinyl Cutters, Screen Printers. Experience Corel, Photoshop, and other graphics/rip programs are helpful. Understanding how to print separations, and prep artwork for screen printing is a bonus.

• Must have previous Screen Print operations experience along with extensive knowledge of embellishment techniques and proper application.

• Possess the ability to energize and inspire others with a positive and hardworking attitude.

• Heavy work history in screen printing on both manual and automatic presses.

• Must be proficient in all Screen Print production processes (screen reclamation and prep, screen coating, screen imaging and developing, ink mixing and Pan tone matching, engineering sequences, press set up and operation, dryer settings and variables, QC and testing).

• Strong leadership skills with experience in setting the tone for a focused, positive, and productive/efficient printer staff.

• An eye for quality and detail as well as efficiency and workflow.

• Exceptional organization and communication skills.

• Consistent punctuality & attendance.

• Experience with a water base, discharge, heat press, and simulated process printing is preferred.

• Understands the importance of processes and quality control standards.

• Displays confidence and moves quickly when working on a computer.

• Ability to adapt to a swiftly changing production environment.
