It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?) Our rapidly growing marketing and communications team is seeking a high-performing Product Marketing Specialist to support product marketing initiatives that enhance marketplace recognition and perceptions of Premise Health’s comprehensive product suite. From market research and audience identification, to collateral development and support for go-to-market needs, the Product Marketing Specialist is skilled at using a variety of tools and resources to shape narratives that stand out from the crowd. Under the guidance of the Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Specialist will support organizational growth by creating product materials that interest, inform, and engage current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, loves to learn, and is a resourceful self-starter.
This position requires the ability to think strategically, in addition to a high level of tactical coordination and alignment across the organization. Fulfilling strategic growth objectives and enhancing Premise Health product and brand awareness in the marketplace will be key. What You’ll Do for Us: Product strategy and management Drives and supports initiatives that enhance marketplace recognition and perceptions of Premise Health products, with the goal of impacting revenue growth Develops compelling product positioning and messaging informed by target audience, market insights, and product owner expertise to use in a variety of channels internally and externally Owns the day-to-day development, creation, and maintenance of owned product marketing projects and materials, maintaining next steps across various workstreams Creates messaging and content for lead/opportunity nurturing programs for both marketing and sales funnels Owns market intelligence for owned products, working with the go-to-market team to track insights for internal stakeholder reference Stays up to date with competitors, industry news, and emerging trends as they relate to product marketing and the direct healthcare industry Adheres to product marketing framework to ensure consistency across product. Collateral development Develops marketing collateral and positioning that articulates the product’s value proposition and unique differentiators Works closely with internal stakeholders (clinical, operations, and growth) to coordinate, drive and successfully execute product marketing collateral, campaigns, and launch plans Leads the creation of compelling content for product presentations, digital marketing campaigns, and other sales enablement tools as deemed necessary (slicks, infographics, eBooks, case studies, webinars, etc.) Works with graphic designer to visualize assets that support and augment the product message across internal and external channels Cross-functional collaboration and support Leads and facilitates meetings with key stakeholders across the organization (clinical, operations, growth) to gather critical product details and gain internal alignment on product positioning and messaging Partners with digital team to optimize content, disseminate product marketing campaigns, and track performance (engagement and leads) for ongoing improvement Collaborates with internal communications team to share new or updated product features, assets, etc.
with internal stakeholders Serves as liaison and subject matter expert to other internal departments regarding product marketing initiatives May require other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, adverting, or related field or equivalent work experience Experience: 3+ years of marketing, product management, or communications experience – B2B preferred Prior experience on or working with growth teams (sales, business development, and/or account management) Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word Experience with HubSpot and/or Adobe Creative Suite is helpful but not required Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Detail-orientated and organized; demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment. Possesses excellent critical thinking and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Crystal clear communication, both written and oral Ability to provide examples of prior professional work What We’ll Do for You: At Premise Health, you’re not an employee – you’re a team member.
