RequirementsConditions of Employment- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- In accordance with the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), incumbent must obtain DAW Level III certification in the area of Program Management within 24 months of assignment.
- The incumbent must be a member of the Acquisition Corps or be eligible for membership in the Acquisition Corps at time of assignment.
- The incumbent will be required to sign a Tenure Agreement which requires the incumbent to remain in this position for a minimum of 3 years.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes development, delivery, or integration of highly complex information technology (IT) products or services; applying leading practices in the design, development and delivery or information technology (IT) products and services; creating product vision, strategy and/or roadmaps for acquisition, technical development and/or life cycle management initiatives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone-no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
