Job Description

Join our e-Commerce team in delivering the ultimate online customer experience.

We’re currently looking for a critical thinker and problem solver to serve as Product Manager. This position is responsible for delivering business value: to drive sales and customer engagement, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality digital products. Within your designated e-Commerce group, you will focus on delivering incremental value, by driving product changes and working closely with a team of developers, designers, business partners and cross-functional product teams.

A day on the job looks like this:
  • Drive innovation within your designated Agile teams’ responsibility through insight; specifically, customer feedback, data analysis, emerging technologies and market trends
  • Translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy
  • Communicate direction and product priorities to the development team, other cross-functional teams and third parties
  • Identify pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies and value associated with features and enhancements, and drive updates to closure
  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps within your designated Agile teams’ responsibility
  • Provide customers, cross-functional teams and business owners with an unparalleled omni-channel shopping experience
  • Govern the introduction of new technologies/products. Review, align and drive technology plans with e-Commerce goals, business plans and business processes
  • Create, prioritize and accept user stories, and incorporate them into release planning
  • Foster collaboration with team members (Developers, User Experience Designers, Analysts, etc.) to drive value and accountability at a fast pace
  • Develop product strategies by understanding key business objectives; diagnose and map requirements; articulate solution risks and barriers; recommend project approaches; prepare time and cost estimates; plan product release cycles
  • Participate in daily standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos and retrospectives
  • Present data-supported product solutions, objectives and KPIs to stakeholders

Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in product ownership and product management
  • 2+ years retail experience
  • Web experience with specialized front-end products such as IBM WebSphere Commerce, Oracle ATG Web Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), SAP Hybris and Magento a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others
  • Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities

Additional Information
And here’s our end of the bargain!

  • Competitive compensation based on skills and experience
  • Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage—EPO, PPO and HSA
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution (because you will retire someday)
  • Flexible benefits—choose what you like, ignore the rest
  • Exceptional training and support, and all the resources you need to be successful
  • Super-awesome annual profit bonus plan
  • On-site preschool for our employees’ children
  • On-site employee gym for all levels/fitness needs
  • Generous employee discount
  • Casual dress…and we really mean it
