Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who is ready to help build the next generation of technology companies. You will sit at the intersection between clients, users, UX, and development. Your responsibilities will
be cross-functional including - scoping, creating mockups, data analysis, project management, testing and client communications.

In this role, you will partner with our clients and internal teams, including product management, design and development teams (5-8 developers) to make our clients’ vision and direction a success!

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop product road maps for software products from problem identification, need finding, ideation, development, and launch
• Create product specifications and collaborate with the delivery and quality assurance teams regarding their implementation
• Turn high-level ideas and requirements into preliminary design concepts, technical specifications, and epic stories
• Effectively communicate with all groups in the organization over the entire product development lifecycle
• Measure the impact of initiatives and report performance metrics to key stakeholders throughout the organization to continuously improve our process
• Facilitate with client and delivery team for project and engagement related risks and ensure timely delivery of project

Qualifications, Skills & Attitude

• A strong interest in product management and consulting
• 3+ years of software product management experience, preferably working on development of data platforms with cloud infrastructure
• Solid understanding of Agile development processes, and knowledge of supporting tools such as Confluence, JIRA, etc.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced industry and stay abreast of new technology trends
• Acute attention to detail and the ability to handle project demands in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to manage multiple development efforts at the same time
• Experience creating project plans and product roadmaps
• Creating and giving presentations to leadership and driving buy in from different stakeholders
• Comfortable working outside of your comfort zone, we want to drive you to be the best version of yourself which requires learning new things
• Experience working directly with offshore software engineering teams is a plus!
