About the Role:

The Account Analysis system is the billing system for all Cash Management Products and Services at SVB. It supports the revenue generation and reporting for all clients across diverse segments and life stages. The Account Analysis Product Manager will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of the Account Analysis system to support our clients’ needs and SVBs innovation and transformation strategies.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a strong product management background; own, prioritize and execute on the product backlog.
  • Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with vendor developers and data engineers to define the technology and data architecture necessary to deliver breakthrough experiences.
  • Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize and prioritize requirements.

  • Act as Product Subject Matter Expert and be fully conversant in market prices, trends, to provide market expertise
  • Contribute to the product strategy, product roadmap OKRs, and the execution of building and bringing to market new features and capabilities.
  • Partner with Account Analysis and Billing Operations to coordinate product roadmap, priorities, feature implementation and timeframes
  • Manage financial performance review and variance analysis, including exception pricing and waivers
  • Build productive relationships with internal partners, e.g. Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations Client Service, Sales, Implementation
  • Partner with support teams to develop training programs, collateral and relevant tools for internal sales and service organizations
  • Research trends in product arena, translate market requirements into business requirements; build the business case for investment and champion product innovation, enhancements
  • Support periodic product and bank wide pricing initiatives
  • Manage vendor on day to day resolutions, root cause analysis, understand vendor roadmap, Partner with overall vendor managers on QBR
  • Build and maintain product and client level reporting tools
  • Exercise creativity, critical thinking, relationship building, analytics, and collaboration to solve client problems.
  • Ideally possess an understanding of Agile delivery methodology and framework

Essential/What You’ll Bring :

  • Strong industry expertise in Account Analysis, Information Reporting, DDA system
  • Familiarity with Account Analysis systems
  • Understanding of customer needs and pain points, represent the voice of the customer in product improvement and enhancements
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Cash Management, Treasury Management experience
  • 3+ years of direct knowledge and experience with Account Analysis
  • CTP designation a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications/presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

Travel :

  • Quarterly travel to meet up with team members
  • Division or Bank events
