Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives.

Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a best-in-class global training program throughout the product lifecycle stages including early stage development, clinical experience, initial commercialization and post-launch. You will collaborate with physicians, field staff and multiple functions including R&D, clinical development, quality, clinical affairs, regulatory, legal and downstream/regional marketing to ensure the market success of TMTT therapies. Job Function:

  • Create, implement and update product training content and tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical Development, Quality, Marketing, Legal and Regulatory)
  • Leverage educational content across multi-media tools (manuals, videos, simulation, posters and print) to ensure clarity for all regions
  • Train physicians and field teams on products and therapy in the development phase (early feasibility through clinical trial execution) in partnership with R&D and Clinical Development
  • Lead early clinical and commercial product launch preparation by ensuring proper training plan and content/tools based on clinical learnings and user feedback
  • Execute training plan for physicians and field team during initial and on-going product launches globally
  • Ensure proper content is updated and available throughout the product lifecycle
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key physicians and regional training teams
  • Measure effectiveness of educational program through surveys, focus groups, and other tools
  • Develop training team capabilities (e.g. instructional design, AR/VR)
  • Own and lead projects independently that are not well defined

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience within medical device/pharmaceutical/clinical environment is required
  • Domestic and international travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree
  • Direct clinical experience as either a clinical specialist, nurse, sonographer or in a technical product support role with procedure room knowledge preferred
  • Previous experience within the cardiovascular industry. Structural heart experience highly valued. Experience in Mitral and Tricuspid valve therapies strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement commercial training plan and content
