As a Product Manager for the Analytics line of business, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle and act as the centerpiece between customers, development, sales, and marketing. Your role is focused on the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You will be the key leader in defining product strategy and creating product roadmaps to deliver business outcomes in addition to driving growth and revenue.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the point of contact for the Analytics line of business, project development concepts, business strategy, and business models.
  • Collaborate closely with the UI and UX teams to get a deeper understanding of the customer journey and experience
  • Create and implement efficient solutions across platforms and devices to optimize the customer journey and experience
  • Working closely with internal customers, software engineers, project managers, and consultants to complete product initiatives
  • Owning product implementation and contributing recommendations on product roadmap
  • Managing work plans and facilitating an efficient product development effort between individual co-workers and departments.
  • Participate in day to day product team activities, driving high-quality customer experiences and exploring what is possible with evolving cloud platform products, devices, and tools
  • Effectively translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications to deliver against our core customer value propositions and our company strategic and financial goals
  • Prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision
  • Exemplify thought leadership skills and influence cross-functional team(s)
  • Analyze and provide reporting metrics to leadership on product growth and development
  • Lead a product team consisting of product managers, product owners, and product experts
  • Collect, analyze, and report on product financial and operational health and adjust product strategy or development plans as needed to manage the success of the product business line including some P&L responsibilities
  • Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development.
  • Ensure that various stages of product development are completed on time and reported appropriately
  • Partner with the product marketing, development, and product design teams to bring the product vision to life with prototypes and mock-ups.
  • Consult and collaborate as subject matter expert (SME) with business and technical stakeholders on go-to-market and delivery solutions

We’re looking for:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of analytics maturity model and data-driven solutions
  • Team player, supporting and promoting team accomplishments with a proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a Matrix organization
  • Experience in enterprise software as a service
  • Experience in advanced B2B software industry (CX, CRM, or Similar)
  • Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall experience with a strong background in product management.
  • 3+ years of development or product management experience in analytics
  • Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define analytics product needs and requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing, negotiating, and collaborating across all levels within an organization
  • Prior experience with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform related services
  • Willingness to travel globally, approximately 15% estimated
