We’re looking for a Product Line Manager for our Accessories Catalyst Team.

In this role, you will lead all facets of the Accessories creation process in support of our Catalyst partners. As a PLM, you are skilled in leading a cross-functional team, be up to date on the latest fashion trends, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have strong influencing skills to ensure you can explain multiple different product processes and offer solutions to achieve desired goals and timelines. In addition, be extremely meticulous, have strong strategic competence, and creative problem-solving skills all while maintaining a positive mentality.

You’ll be working daily with our design, development, and merchandising teams, across multiple subject areas, to create compelling product collections seasonally. You will be the leader of the team, keeping projects on task and communicating regularly to both your team and cross functional partners throughout Nike. You will collaborate with team members to develop line plans, complete product creation strategies, and track overall product performance for Nike Accessories across multiple product types such as bags, equipment, headwear and socks. You will also work with other product teams at Nike to land key innovations and product priorities each season.

You will be reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Accessories Product. You will work closely with other PLM’s and APLM’s on the team. In addition to working with your triad to implement product, you will work with materials/trims teams, planning, sourcing, and finance along the product journey. You will work closely with your merchandising partners to gather insights and apply them thoughtfully to the line.

• Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• 3-5 years of experience in product-related role
• Strong product creation and intuition for business
• Creativity and passion for product, fashion, color and style
• Passion for the Nike brand
• Knowledgeable on the latest fashion trends
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Eye for business & strong analytical abilities
• Proven understanding of Accessories product construction and sourcing process
• Able to lead and influence a team and enable collaborative working relationships
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Positive Mentality
• Vital Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (eg. Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math, Smartsheets
• Ability to travel ~5% of the time
